They're synced to an unknown source, which means they're not usable on
either the big livestream dump video, or the "DVD rip" that's floating
around on Nyaa.si torrents.

I'll point out that the "DVD rip" file appears to be a screencapture of
someone playing the video, so the quality is not great. If it really
came from a DVD then the resolution should be 720x480, while that file
is 1280x720. You also shouldn't see a video player interface at the
start. To round things out, the video encoding quality is quite poor so
it's not the preferred viewing experience.

Nyaa.si video

* Needs the subtitles delayed by 250.4sec
* You should apply an audio delay of -250ms
  * The audio also appears to drift badly out of sync sometimes, this
    isn't really fixable

Livestream video
----
* Needs the subtitles delayed by 25.5sec
* The audio seems fine
